This contest is open to males and females of all ages from anywhere in the world, who love scarves. There is absolutely no cost to participate in this contest.  Additional restrictions may apply.

To enter, contestants must submit a minimum of one (1) entry that conforms to the unique rules of this contest. Entries that violate any rule may be removed and disqualified without notice. Should this occur, it is the responsibility of the contestant to submit a new entry before the expiration of the submission period. If the contestant fails to submit a new entry, he or she will no longer be eligible.

All entries must be received through Ms. MLE Design during the valid submission period(s), which may be extended if an insufficient number of entries are received. All entries must be the creation and/or property of the submitting contestant. Entries must not contain any nudity, profanity, or extreme depictions of violence, or be obscene, lewd, discriminatory, or threatening in any way. By entering this contest, all contestants hereby consent (except where prohibited) to the use by Ms. MLE Design of the contestant’s name, age, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or image, hometown address, and entry without any further compensation.

Ms. MLE Design assumes no responsibility for possible fraud committed by any contestant. While every effort is made to ensure that all submitted entries are actually created by their respective contestants.  Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry at any time at its discretion.

During the contest’s voting period, Ms. MLE Design team will be able to vote on entries to help select the winner(s).   If the contest is not capable of running as planned or where the sole judgement of Ms. MLE Design concludes that the security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted, Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to disqualify or modify the standings of any entries that violate the rules at its own discretion. Regardless of performance, all contestants are eligible for no more than one (1) prize per contest.

Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to make the final decision as to which contestant(s) will receive a prize. The chosen recipient(s) will be contacted by msmledesign.com via email. The recipient(s) must respond to the message within a period of fourteen (14) days and may be required to submit proof of identity in order to obtain any prize(s). If a recipient fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, is unable to provide proof of identity, or is discovered to have violated any of the contest’s rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another contestant. Ms. MLE Design is not responsible or liable for any prizes that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen, nor are there any guarantees or warranties regarding the quality or value of these prizes. Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to change the prize at any time or to offer an alternative of similar value. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the recipient(s). International recipients are responsible for their own local tariffs and customs duties. Ms. MLE Design is not liable for the value added tax (VAT), however it will insure the package and pay for the shipping. By entering this contest, all contestants must affirm to have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of  Ms. MLE Design, the official contest rules, and the decisions of the judges and contest administrators. Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations at any time, at its discretion, and without notice. Ms. MLE Design also reserves the right to disqualify any contestant acting in violation of the official rules or found tampering with the entry process, the operation of the contest, or the website. Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest at any time, at its discretion, and without notice. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, all contestants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in the United States. Any attempt by a contestant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website related to Ms. MLE Design or the contest or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Ms. MLE Design reserves the right to seek damages from this individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The user retains the rights to all of his or her media, and by submitting, grants permission to Ms. MLE Design to display or use in any promotional material.

The submission period is from Monday, November 15, 2010 (4:30 EDT) through Wednesday, December 1th, 2010 (7:00am EST). Contestants are to submit no more than 2 image files. Voting will take place from Wednesday, November 17, 2010 (7:00am EST) through Wednesday, December 1st, 2011 (7:00am EST). Results are based on the total score in a 1-5 rating system.

Contest Prizes: One (1) 1st place winner will receive $500 worth of Ms. MLE Design scarves USD. One (1) 2nd place winner will receive $200 worth of Ms. MLE Design scarves USD. One (1) 3rd place winner will receive $100 worth of Ms. MLE Design USD.
